Join us on this beautiful nature Sunrise Hike that takes us to the top-most peak of the Coromandel. Enjoy spectacular views and spend the night in the newly-renovated DOC cabin.

DAY 1
Before you get to the top of the highest peak in the Coromandel, you must follow coursing rivers, overcome several swing bridges, climb up rugged bush tracks and old stone steps. Your efforts will be rewarded with your arrival at the Hut, whereupon you can take in astonishing views over the entire Coromandel Peninsula and beyond. A further 30-minute hike from the hut will put you on top of the mountain itself, the perfect spot to see one of the most beautiful sunsets imaginable.
Following the days climb, the evening will begin with a warm, welcoming fire at the comfortable and newly renovated Hut.
DAY 2
In the morning, you again have the opportunity to make the climb back to watch as the sun rises over the ocean - ushering in a new day and giving you the chance to be one of the first in the world to welcome it in!Don't forget
